Lobster Club


  • 1 lb. Cooked Lobster Meat Diced
  • 9ea Sliced Apple Wood Smoked Bacon
  • 6 Slices Toasted Sourdough Bread
  • 9ea Romaine Leafs
  • 9ea Ripe Roma Tomato Slices
  • Avocado
  • tt Salt and Pepper
  • 1ea Garlic Clove

Citrus Garlic Mayo

  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1ea Small Garlic Clove Micro Planed
  • 1ea Lemon Zested and Juiced
  • tt Salt and Pepper


Mix all of the ingredients well and set aside until you’re ready to build your sandwich. Toast your sourdough bread. Spread the mayo on both slices of bread and build the sandwich from the bottom, Bread, lobster, lettuce, avocado, tomato, Bacon, Bread. Slice in half and enjoy!
